01Information we receive
The form asks for your name, email or phone, business or site name, location and message. You may also say how you heard about us. We email that answer and, when available, the page that led to the contact form, referring website hostname and campaign parameters with your enquiry. These signals can be incomplete and do not prove a particular source. This does not set cookies or sign you up to marketing. Please leave out medical and other sensitive personal details. We use the information to answer your request and discuss the work you asked about.
02Why we use it
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to make and keeping a limited record of it. This helps us agree the right scope and answer follow-up questions.
03How it is handled
Cloudflare handles website requests and uses your IP address, or your contact detail if the IP is unavailable, to limit repeated form submissions. Cloudflare may process requests outside the UK; its Data Processing Addendum includes the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for restricted transfers. Resend sends the message to our consumer Google Gmail inbox. Google handles consumer Gmail under its own privacy policy. We do not publish enquiry details. Resend stores email data in the United States; our transfer to Resend is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum in its Data Processing Addendum. Ask us if you would like a copy of these safeguards.
Official guidance: Resend: Data Processing Addendum ↗ 04Google and US transfers
Google may process Gmail information outside the UK. For transfers to Google LLC in the United States, we rely on the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The US Department of Commerce listed Google LLC as Active for the UK Extension and non-HR data when we checked on 28 September 2026.
Official guidance: US Department of Commerce: Data Privacy Framework list ↗ 05How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not become a client project, we delete the enquiry records we control within two years of the last contact, unless we need them longer for a legal obligation or claim. Providers may keep their own copies under their policies. For agreed work, records are kept as needed for the engagement, accounting duties and potential claims; we provide more specific project terms before collecting detailed records.
06Your choices and rights
Email us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information. We will consider your request under the applicable law. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

You may object to our use of your information based on legitimate interests by emailing us. We will consider your objection under the applicable law.
