We walk the agreed areas, speak to the right people and compare documented controls with everyday practice. Urgent concerns are raised during the visit.
3. Act on the findings
You receive an evidence-linked action list with priorities, owners and dates. A separately agreed assessment document records the relevant findings and limits. We can revisit to check the actual evidence of completed actions.
